Unit heaters are used to transfer heat from water to air. A water heater fed by the ship’s diesel tank will distribute warm air throughout the cabin via the unit heaters and water convectors.
The Super K HV ED4 12V unit heater incorporates a heat diffuser and a fan to recover heat from the hot water circuit and heat the interior of the boat with forced-air heating.
